Organic Olives Cooperative in Evvoia have joined forces to be part of   the Mediterranean Culinary Concept Roundtable at Yale, March 21-22. They will exhibit products for tasting at their Olives & Oils stand to Culinary Directors from self-operated Campus food services Colleges attending the two day proceedings.
