Olive Oil Selections’ latest shipment landed on the Charleston docks in late June. It consists of three EVOOs: Its own cooperative Lakonia Koroneiki and neighboring Athenolia varietals, plus a first time partnership with a newly established coop from Crete with Koroneiki orchards grown at altitude. It includes red wine vinegar from the ancient Agiorghitiko vines, to be launched at the Farmers Market in autumn (see label).
