MOLEON PREMIUM is a Koroneiki varietal extract, harvested and pressed from late January to early March, producing a complex oil - both buttery and grassy at the same time, a combination rarely found in one oil. It’s really good for brushing onto broiled or grilled fish, greens (cooked or fresh), vegetables of all sorts, and of course grilled squid or octopus. It comes in a dark brown 500 ml bottle.

MOLEON EARLY HARVEST is the Estate’s first harvest, pressed throughout December to early January from under-ripe Koroneiki olives grown on hillside orchards. Unfiltered, it’s got a big green flavor that hints of wild herbs and freshly cut green grass. It’s perfect for people who like their oils on the greener, pungent, more peppery side. It’s great on slices of just toasted “farm” bread or arugula based salads. It comes in a clear 500 ml bottle.

MOLEON VILLAGE blends the best from the groves of 8 estates extending from the rocky foothills of Lakonia to its shores. Combining tastes of green apple and newly mown grass, this oil has a flavor that is the essence of fresh. It is the ultimate -all purpose- oil, for everything from salad to fish, or in creating the most delicate of sweets. It comes in a dark green 500 ml bottle and is also available for private labeling.
